No, this is a hybrid role. While a significant portion of teaching is delivered online, regular travel to our Birmingham Learning Hub is required for practical lab days and in-person student support.
Typically, we expect attendance 1-2 days per week or for block Science Lab sessions, depending on the academic calendar and specific Science events.
The Hub is centrally located and easily accessible from across the UK. Free parking is available at Victoria Common Car Park, and Northfield Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away with trains running every 20 minutes from Birmingham New Street towards Redditch.
We have developed our own curriculum for primary Science to be delivered in person and online. At Secondary, we teach the Edexcel curriculum for Science at iGCSE and A Level, focusing on academic excellence and practical application.
We maintain strict small-class policies, with a maximum of 10 students per class to ensure personalised attention and high engagement.
Our recruitment team reviews all applications. Successful candidates will be invited for an initial online screening, followed by a teaching demonstration and an in-person meeting at our Birmingham Hub.
